Purchasing
Once you have placed an order and your payment has been accepted, we will endeavour to dispatch your purchase within 10 working days if posting destination is within mainland UK. International destinations may take longer and will be discussed during the order process.

Payment may be made using Paypal, or a secure online link which we can email to you if requested, in order for you to pay via credit card.
Delivery Postage and Packaging
Delivery of unframed works within mainland UK is currently £15.75, which includes packaging and will take approximately 10 working days. International deliveries will take longer and will require additional shipping cost. If the destination falls outside mainland UK please email us before you make your purchase, so that we can estimate the delivery period and the cost of shipping. In this case, please also consider the cost to yourself if you need to return the goods.
Framed Works
Prices for framed works need to be discussed as part of the order process. Shipping of framed works will require additional packing and be shipped via our shippers DHL. Please use the contact details below to enquire.
Returns
You will have a statutory 7 working days from receipt of your purchase to return the goods if they are not what you expected. A full refund will be given through Paypal. Return postage will be your responsibility and the goods must be returned securely in the same, or similar packaging it came in, and must be returned via courier or registered / recorded delivery. Please advise us via email if you are returning your purchase. Your refund will be sent to you within 10 working days of us receiving the returned goods undamaged. It will be your responsibility to check your purchase for any damage at the time of receipt.
