'Aiming for Gold' was inspired by the Olympic Games
that took place in London in 2012.
This stunning picture represents the many podium finishes
that athletes have to achieve to get to a gold medal, and
how some events are regarded as the really 'hot' events, - the mens 100 metres and 4 x 100 metres relays for example.
Those are symbolised in the picture by the melting effect of the gold medal podium position.
